Policies

REPLACEMENTS:
Merchandise may be replaced in a new, unused condition within 10 days of Purchase at buyer’s responsibility for shipping and all accrued charges. Special Orders and custom merchandise are not returnable.

BACK ORDERS:
Rodeo Quincy will make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is back ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS:
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Rodeo Quincy is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES:
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported to Rodeo Quincy within 72 hours of delivery

RETURNS:
We do not accept returns.

DISCOUNTS:
We do not allow the use of multiple discount codes per purchase.
