Join the elite team of 15 cowgirls who embody the spirit, style, and grit of Rodeo Quincy.
What is it
The Rodeo Quincy Student Ambassador Team is a handpicked group of young women who represent the bold, unstoppable, and fiercely Western spirit of Rodeo Quincy. Whether you’re in junior high, high school, or college, this is your chance to shine in and out of the arena—through fashion, character, and cowgirl grit. You don’t have to be the loudest in the room—but you do need to be:
- A proud Western woman in junior high, high school, or college
- Actively competing in rodeo, equestrian, FFA/4-H, or representing Western lifestyle
- Passionate about fashion, community, and uplifting other women
- Active on social media and excited to create content
What you'll receive
RQ Wardrobe Allotment – Seasonal wardrobe including denim, jackets, tees, accessories, exclusive drops, and RQ patches for rodeo or show events.
Brand Spotlight – Featured on Rodeo Quincy’s social platforms and campaigns, with your story, accomplishments, and RQ looks shared worldwide.
Exclusive Access – First access to new collections, event invitations, and discounts on RQ products.
How to Apply
To be considered for the 2025–2026 Rodeo Quincy Student Ambassador Team, you’ll need to submit:
- 1 high-quality photo in your best RQ-inspired look
- 1-minute video introducing yourself, your rodeo discipline, and what being a Rodeo Quincy Cowgirl means to you
- Short bio including accomplishments and interests (500 words or less)
- 1 letter of recommendation from a coach, teacher, rodeo director, or mentor
- Social media handles and recent achievements
Applications due august 30
Public voting will take place September 1-15.
