Wore my new shirt out for tacos with the girls. They all ooohed and ahhed and looked you up on their phones. Well made (and I sew) and the fabric is lovely with a nice, crisp finish. So glad to find 100% cotton. Am packing the shirt to go to Canada for an 8-day clinic with my riding mentor next week. Not so sure the horses will be impressed, but the people will be!

It's a beautiful shirt but runs very small. I even sized up 1 size from my current size but it did not fit. I was very disappointed because I wanted so bad!

This is a very thin cotton western shirt. The print and colors are very pretty. It does run extremely small. I ordered two different shirts (long-sleeve button-up & Tee) in the same size. One I can't even get over my shoulders, and the other is so big I could probably wear it as a dress.

I recieved the shirt and really liked it but after I went through the return portal to return it and mailed it back USP indicated that it would arrive last Monday), I have not been able to get resolution for the exchange. The confirmation that the return was approved had a tracking mechanism for the returned shirt that did not work, I have reached out multiple (email, text and by phone) times to check on it and to ask that the exchanged shirt be sent to no avail. I need the shirt within the next week for a photo shoot but keep getting what feels like the run-around from Kelsey Neff, the Customer Experience Specialist. Can this exchange shirt be sent asap please? I am very frustrated.
